Technical standards

Isolated, encrypted, and permission-controlled

Isolated environments

Each client application runs in its own environment, separated from other projects so that data and configuration never mix.

Encrypted credentials

Passwords, API keys, and access tokens are stored encrypted and are never written into source code or shared in plain text.

Strict permission models

Team and client access is granted by role, limited to what each person needs, and reviewed when responsibilities change.

Integrations and AI automation workflows follow standard API authentication, least-privilege data access, and privacy constraints agreed with each client before go-live.

Maintenance protocols

Client data, code access, and continuous upkeep

Client data stays with the client. Y4T accesses project repositories and hosting only for agreed work, and access is removed when a project closes or a team member leaves.

Scheduled automated backups protect site content and databases, and dependencies, plugins, and frameworks receive routine security updates with each maintenance cycle. Changes are tested before they reach live systems.
