Terms of Service
These terms set out how Y4T engages with clients, defines project scope, and explains intellectual property ownership, payment, and privacy protections.
Scope, changes, and delivery
Project changes and out-of-scope functional requests are documented and approved before development begins. Each engagement's deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
Contract terms establish liability limits, delivery warranties, and privacy protection protocols that apply to every service package.
Ownership and payment
Delivered code and digital assets become client property upon settlement of project invoices. Until then, Y4T retains ownership of all work produced.
Payment terms, schedules, and milestones are confirmed in each proposal. Invoices are due as stated in the agreement.
Privacy
Client and visitor data is handled in line with our privacy policy, and is used only to deliver the agreed services.
